Kept our floors covered (as it snowed that day) and cleaned up after themselves. Took the time to show us how to operate the new wi-fi thermostat. Had one call-back on the Saturday after install and they were very prompt and fixed the problem immediately. Would not hesitate to recommend Merrill Sheet Metal for a new furnace and a pleasure to do business with.
